FVSE Board

As a registered Commuinity Interest Company The Board was formed to support and take forward the Founding Directors aims of working with young people. The FVSE Board has a duty to makes sure the social enterprise is managed appropriatly and as such all Members of the Board have an equal vote.

The Board consists of a minimum of 3, including the Founding Director. This may be increased to 5 dependant on the growth of the organisation.

Members of the Board serve on a voluntary basis, without remuneration and also bring with them experience in educational, commercial or financial sectors.  There is set period of 2 years to serve on the FVSE Board with 2 Board Meetings each year.


Mark has over 17 years post qualifying experience and through his consultancy roles he brings high level experience in economic development and regeneration projects. He has project managed a variety of economic initiatives that include giving advice about appraisal, business planning, delivery and implementation, evaluation and impact assessment.

Cat has over 20 years as a succesful business woman within the networking, management and HR sectors. She became a volunteer for Stirling Highland Games in 2014 and is now the Chieftains Marquee Convenor on Games Day each year.

Catriona Cripps

Board Member

Matt is the Founding Director and brings over 20 years experience in business development, event delivery and CSR work. He is a volunteer coach at Stirling County Rugby Club and is a Community Councillor for his local area.
